juanmonaco.jpg Juan Monaco - Igor Andreev

I know that it's in theory an even game between two claycourts specialist, but I think that the first one is just better player, with better form, so such odds like @ 1.90 at Pinnacle are too good too miss in my view. Four units invested for this bet is the best stake and I hope it'll be a great choice after all.

Juan is one of the most talented players in whole circuit and I think that most people and also usually bookies are really underestimade this great player. He's 38-13 in this and last year, so I can say he's in brilliant form, especially on this surface. Of course he didn't have the best form lately, but also he wasn't as bad and first round in here with Pablo Cuevas (60 64). He leads h2h 3-1, with both wins on clay and both wins in last games, so why today he shouldn't be a favorite in here?

Igor Andreev is of course well known clay specialist, with powerful forehand, but this year he's just without form and he's unstable without typical for him consistence, which is most important on clay. 7-7 for him on clay and 14-13 overal isn't good for such player so I can say he isn't in good shape. Of course he can win this one, without doubt because he's capable player, but value in this bet is quite big cause for me Monaco ought to win this game.

James Blake - Andreas Seppi

I know that backing James on claycourts is quite strange, but I see a great value in here because odds like @ 2.00 at Pinnacle are too high, without any doubts. Most people and bookies are thinking that Blake is pathetic claycourter, without any chances on such surfaces, with even mediocre opponents, but it's a big lie, and that's a fact because he can be a tough opponent, no matter where. He's 5-2 on clay this year, 23-8 in all surfaces, being in average form, but I rate him class above his opponent. He reached a final in Houston, playing really good, so today I expect a good game from him.

I really don't know why everyone immediately start rating Seppi as high, but he isn't playing anything special and even on his beloved clay, he's mediocre player. He's in theory great claycourter, but with 3-2 this year and 20-20 in last two year, I can't say so. Also his form isn't that good, with two second rounds, in Monte Carlo and Munich, losing with Sam Querrey (16 57), who is also hardcourter, much worse than Blake. I'm sure James should be favorite in here, so it's a nice bet for me.
