Baltimore Orioles - Boston Red Sox

I know that O's were one of the biggest surpises in the beggining of new season, but nowadays they have really stopped their great run and I can't rate them as solid team, they're just mediocre, like all experts were rating them before 2008 year. At the moment they still have quite good (19-19) balance, but with six losses out of last nine games and just pathetic offensive skilles I think they can't stand a chance in here, against the best defense in league. Yesterday they lost against Royals (0-4) without any chances, so now it ought to be a new, now losing streak, after three wins in a row against average KC team. Also their pitcher Jeremy Guthrie (4.32 ERA) isn't as good as many people think and I'm sure he's going to have a hard day against opponent batters. Red Sox are the best team in MLB and I'll repeat it in every single preview, because it's a fact and for me they're favorites in most games. Their defense is amazing, also offensive stuff is quite solid, so it's all depend on pitcher, if it's value on such odds. Today they'll start with Josh Beckett (3.70 ERA), who is classy player in great form, so Boston is a banker for me, even if in baseball it's a weird word. What's more Red Sox lost last two games in a row and they're really hungry to win this game because they should improve their quite 'average' (24-17) balance. Runline for guests with @ 2.02 at Pinnacle has to be a good choice in here.

Tampa Bay Devil Rays - New York Yankees

Since I've realised odds and pitchers, I've been sure that it'll be my bet in here, without any doubts. Devil Rays are really good this season with (22-16) balance, they're also in great form with five consecutive wins and it's hard to bet against such team, but still I have a faith that they'll fail today. They aren't as good as record suggest, also especially their offense isn't really great and I think they'll have huge problems with scoring in this game. It's also another problem as Edwin Jackson (4.04 ERA) is quite poor picther in my view and guests will have many opportunities to score. Yesterday they won (7-1) but it was different game and I doubt it's important. Yankees are so far mediocre with (19-20) but their potential is huge and I can say they're overal better team between those two. Also they'll be an edge in here as they'll start with Chien Ming Wang (3.12 ERA) and I'm sure Tampa Bay won't score more than two or three runs. Of course @ 1.75 on in theory worse team playing on road, against red hot Rays is strange, but I see a value even on such 'poor' price.

Los Angeles Angels - Chicago White Sox

Both teams have really good offenses, while their defenses are at most solid, so it's a must bet in here on over, especially that line is quite low - nine runs is to pass for both teams with ease and only great form for both pitchers could screw it. Jered Weaver (5.59 ERA) and John Danks (3.18 ERA) are just really, really poor and I'm sure they'll have a hard day and they won't forget about it soon. Both batters are solid and ought to take advantage of their mediocre skills, especially that yesterday Angels won (10-7) with quite better pitchers. Both teams should pass four runs in here, so over nine is a possible in here and such @ 2.05 has value without any doubts. It's a bet against both pitchers, who are for me just pathetic and need many trainings to be on even average level.
