Ostsiden – Lorenskog

New chance for Lorenskog here to take the top of the table in from of Mjondalen in 2nd division, group 1. 6-2-1 have resulted in a promising 2^nd place. 4-2 victory home against Strommen previous round, after a bad 2-0 loss at Raufoss before that. They are strongest home at Rolvsrud, but anyway they are my favourites today. Hauge is on vacation, while Sharif has left the club to Groruddalen. Ostsiden on the other hand stands with 11 points, but they got one of the weakest home stats in the whole league; 1-0-3. 1-4 loss home against series leaders Mjondalen was followed with 3-3 away against Follo. With 2-1-4 on the last seven matches and Skaftnes out with suspension this will be a tough match for Ostsiden.

Levanger – KIL/Hemne

Levanger opened the season with two losses, but after that the team has impressed a lot with 5-1-1. The 4-2 win home against Byåsen was followed by a nice 2-1 victory at Korsvoll. 3-0-2 at home where also series favourites Skeid is defeated. KIL/Hemne on the other hand is as expected placed as jumbo place. When they were up in this league in 2006 they got 0-2-11 away from Kyrksæterøra. I have talked with keeper Øystein Hoftun, and he says they are missing their captain and best player Espen Sødahl and 6 central defenders (!!!). A new defence will be tried out here today, and with that I think it will be very tough for the struggling team.

Skeid – Groruddalen

Top against bottom in the Oslo derby in 2nd division, group 2. Skeid with 2 points up to series leader Ranheim. On the last three matches they are 3-0-0, with a totally goal difference; 13-0. Previous round they crushed KIL/Hemne 6-0 in Kyrksæterøra, while today’s opponents Groruddalen were crushed 6-0 by another top team; Ranheim. Clear home win here for Skeid against Groruddalen’s young, inexperienced boys.
