HamKam – Rosenborg
After the slow start of the season Rosenborg have began winning matches again. The 3-1 victory home against Aalesund on Wednesday was their sixth match without loosing, and this span has
now resulted in a good 5th place. The 10 point gap to series leader Stabaek is now cut down to 6, and Trondheim city has started thinking of the trophy again. With 1-3-7 HamKam is
without no doubt the jumbo team in this year’s Tippeliga. 9 matches without victory have resulted in a 14th place with a 3 points gap up to Lillestrom on 13th. They
are now in a loosing streak with 4 matches without a single goal, something who is pretty amazing in Tippeligaen. Home on Briskeby 5 points are taken on 4 matches, but they haven’t met
any good teams as today’s opponents yet. Rosenborg on the other side is in great shape, after defeating Aalesund on Wednesday, they crushed Lithuanian Ekranas away in the Intertoto Cup on
Sunday; 3-1. Marek Sapara (mf) and Øyvind Storflor (at) will be ready to play today, while John Pelu (at), Christer Basma (df), Kris Statsgaard (df) and Michael Jamtfall (at) still
injured. This will be HamKam’s biggest test till now against a solid Rosenborg BK who maybe is the strongest team in Tippeligaen right now.
