Tromsø – Rosenborg

With 7-4-3 and a nice 3^rd place the guys from Tromsø have their thoughts in a medal… Today they will face the team in Norway who has taken most medals and has most routine, and that’s never easy. With their dangerous partners on the top (Morten Moldskred and Sigurd Rushfeldt) Tromsø won their four first matches after the EC-break, before they played 0-0 against Vålerenga on Ulleavaal in a boring draw. Rushfeldt, Ramovic and Koppinen are doubtful, but will most possible be ready to tonight’s confrontation. Knudsen is not ready, while Sequeira is suspended. Rosenborg on the other hand are coming from a strong advantage in the Intertoto Cup where bronze winners in Netherland NAC Breda was defeated 2-0 home at Lerkendal. 2-2-1 on the last five in Tippeligaen. As last season they are struggling away from Lerkendal, and the victories don’t come that often as it should. Nice victory away against Viking previous round. Keeper Rune Jarstein is back along with new signings Lustig and Sellin. To set Rosenborg with [+0.25] is wrong here, and I expect them to win here on Tromsø’s artificial grass.

Lillestrom – Stromsgodset

After the important victory against HamKam on Briskeby Lillestrom is back on safe ground. It seems like they are back in business, and with two victories in a row they are now over the relegation zone with 15 points. Both Søgaard and Essidiri are suspended after the red card against HamKam additionally to keeper Otto Fredrikson, Riise and Midtun Lie that is injured. Important Vidar Riseth is back after suspension. Godset on the other hand came from 3 losses to crush Molde home at Marienlyst last weekend. As all other teams that are playing on artificial grass Godset are struggling away. 0-3-4, and not one single victory is not promising. Olsen is injured, while striker Nielsen is back from suspension. A Lillestrom team in form is big favourites here for me.

Alta – Sandefjord

After 9 losses in a row Alta has bounced back with victories against both Hødd and Sparta. They still three points above the relegation zone. Important Brekke and Otervik are both suspended in the defence, while wing Softic is out with injury. After 5-0-1 on the six last matches Sandefjord is now back in the promotion fight. Røyrane is the only missing. 2-1 away against Start before they defeated Bryne 1-0 at home are very strong results. It should be classes between these two teams, and I expect Sandefjord to win easy here.
