Not a great Italian round as I've struggled to find more bets supposed to be valuable, in my view of course. However I've got one at
least and that is Cagliari when they play host Milan tonight.
Rossoneri play better they used to play last season, mainly thanks to the new players they've brought. Although they still have defensive problems they've been outstanding up front so far and
look able to beat any side when they play in Milano, even though Inter may have felt they deserved a point last week. They beat with ease Reggina but looked helpless against an organized Genoa
side and I'm wondering whether Cagliari can do just the same tonight. The bet I'm going to take has more to do with Cagliari being underestimated than Milan overrated anyway.
The Islanders are last in the standings with no point gathered so far, that has to draw bookie's attention, no wonder the offered spread. Looks normal at the first sight, and those who used to
follow me last season would know I went against Cagliari more often that not as they really looked pathetic that time. Not anymore! Although they did so bad stastically so far I have reasons to
believe they can do more than that. Just as they coach said, that's short time failure. They've been creating chances in all their games so far, but couldn't convert those chances in goals,
hence the reason why they're winless so far. The match against Atalanta is a very good example. Cagliari had played better actually, yet they'd lost the game 1-0, sure after having hit the
crossbar and missed other chances, it could have been different by all means! Same story against in-form Lecce last round when the loss was undeserved, they should have scored at least. Both
Juventus and Lazio commanded respect in island but hosts have had their chances anyway.
Cagliari (+1) at 2.14 with Pinnacle, stake 8
